- Taijutsu Knowledge
-->Lvl 1: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as kicking and punching. The user cannot have a fighting style nor any of it's jutsus.
-->Lvl 2: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus.
-->Lvl 3: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself.
-->Master LvL: Allows the ninja to use the Hachimon (Eight Inner Gates). Don't forget that each gate has a requirement.
Ninjutsu Knowledge
-->Lvl 1: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsus have other requirements).

-->Master Lvl: Full mastery of any medical related Jutsu or object, with top success on healing.
Agility and Speed
(Requires Taijutsu Knowledge LvL 2 or higher)
-->Lvl 1: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficience.
-->Lvl 2: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency.
-->Lvl 3: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement).
-->Master Lvl: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja.
Strength and Power
(Requires Taijutsu Knowledge LvL 2 or higher)
-->Lvl 1: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, providing more physical constitution, allowing the ninja to sustain more damage.
-->Lvl 2: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, which allows them to deliver more damage in their Taijutsu attacks. The strengh level of the ninja will be enough to crack stone with an attack.
-->Lvl 3: Allows the ninja to use strength related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement).
-->Master Lvl: Gives a huge boost on strength and power. Every thing that requires strength to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. He has now a great endurance and resistance to damage.
Assassin
-->Lvl 1: Allows the ninja to hide in shadows and such, allowing them to be hidden better than most ninja's can hide, they usually can sneak up on ninja for a first attack advantage
-->Lvl 2: The ninja's precision and accuracy is greatly increased, and they now can spot all of the vital points on a person, making assasinations easier.
-->Lvl 3: Allows the ninja to get asassin related jutsu.
-->Master Lvl: Allows the ninja to be perfect at the arts of stealth and quick kills, giving them near perfect accuracy, and move without even being noticed, at night, they aren't even seen to be so much as a shadow.
Weapon Specialist
-->Lvl 1: Allows the ninja to use a regular non-ranged light weapon, such as a katana.
-->Lvl 2: Allows the ninja to use non-ranged dual light weapons, such as two katanas or daggers and bow like weapons.
-->Lvl 3: Allows the ninja to use huge swords such as Zanbatous and other non-ranged heavy weapons.
-->Master Lvl: Allows the ninja to use special weapons with special jutsus of their own and the use of more then 3 swords (katanas) at the same time (as long as having a correct fighting style).
Scroll Sealing
-->Lvl 1: Allows the ninja to seal throwable weapons (such as shuriken) up to a number of 20. It also allows the ninja to carry 1 scroll with him.
-->Lvl 2: Allows the ninja to seal a puppet or human puppet inside a scroll. Allows the ninja to carry 2 scrolls with him.
-->Lvl 3: Allows the ninja to seal small accessories up to a number of 3 of one type. Allows the ninja to carry 3 scrolls with him.
-->Master Lvl:Allows the ninja to seal one large weapon . Allows the user to carry 3 scrolls + 1 large weapon scroll .
Summoning
(Requires Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge lvl 2 or higher)
-->Lvl 1: Allows the ninja to summon a rank C creature.
-->Lvl 2: Allows the ninja to summon a rank B creature.
-->Lvl 3: Allows the ninja to summon a rank A creature and to use summoned animal related jutsus.
-->Master Lvl: Allows the ninja to summon a second rank B creature and an ultimate summoning of rank S.
Seal Knowledge
-->Lvl 1: Allows the user to utilize their Curse Seal First Level at will and allows them to ignore the Pain of when the Seal is placed.
-->Lvl 2: Allows user to utilize the First Level of the Curse Seal better, being able to use the Seal for one more round and only having the pay ever other round for chakra. It also allows the user to use the Fuuja Houin(Evil Sealing Method)
-->Lvl 3: Allows the user to activate the Second Level of the Seal, and capable of using the Juin Jutsu(Cursed Seal Technique) on up to 1 Ninja at once.
-->Master LvL: Allows the user to skip from first form directly to Second Form, and increases the duration by another round and paying chakra every other round during Lv.2. It also allows the user to use the Juin Jutsu on up to 3 different Ninjas at once.
Chakra Sensor
(Requires Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge lvl 2)
-->Lvl 1: Allows the shinobi to sense surrounding chakra, for comparison with its own or surrounding ones. (Range: 100 meters)
-->Lvl 2: Allows the shinobi to sense chakras at higher range and also sense multiple chakras at once (maximun 5)(Range: 500 meters)
-->Lvl 3: Allows the shibobi to sense multiple chakras and determine their location. (Range: 2Km)
--> Master Lvl: Allows the shinobi to sense types of chakra, like Jinchuuriki and Cursed Seal and determine their position (Range: 2Km)
Chakra Capacity

-->Lvl 1: Allows the shinobi to substain a bit more Chakra. 10% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of 5 CP over the total CP (aplying skill bonus).
-->Lvl 2: Allows the shinobi to substain a greater amount of Chakra. 20% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of 5 CP over the total CP (aplying skill bonus).
-->Lvl 3: Allows the shibobi to substain a Large amount of Chakra, 30% more. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of 5 CP over the total CP (aplying skill bonus).
--> Master Lvl: Allows the shinobi to substain a Monstrous amount of Chakra. 50% more. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of 15 CP over the total CP (aplying skill bonus)
Genjutsu Resistance
(Requires Genjutsu Knowledge lvl 1)
-->Lvl 1: Allows the ninja to realize if he got traped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai.
-->Lvl 2: Allows the ninja to realize if he got traped in a Genjutsu of one rank higher. Also, allows the use of Genjutsu Hakai.
-->Lvl 3: Allows the ninja to use Tadai Nentou.
-->Master Lvl: Allows the ninja to be immune to any Audio and Visual Genjutsu of rank C and lower and to Sensation Genjutsu D rank.
Basic Jutsu

A substitution jutsu which involves switching the ninja's body for another object of the same weight, usually a piece of wood. This can create an opening to attack the enemy or to escape. This can only be used when there is an escape way for the ninja (not traped in a prison, nor unable to move). Can only be used five times in a battle.
Henge no Jutsu

Allows the user to transform physically in another person or object, as long as it doesn't surpass much the person's size.
Bunshin no Jutsu
Type: Genjutsu
Sub-Type: Basic
Rank: E
A basic Genjutsu on which the user creates up to 5 copies of himself. This clones aren't real and are mainly used as a diversion. The clones can be destroyed like Kage Bunshin but they cannot hit a target.
Nawanuke no Jutsu

Rank: E
A jutsu used to untuy ropes if you are caught.
Genjutsu Kai
Type: Ninjutsu

Rank: C
Dispels a Visual or Audio Genjutsu of rank C or less and Sensation Genjutsu of rank D. Also dispels any kind of Genjutsu of rank B and lower from an ally.
Genjutsu Hakai
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub-Type: Basic
Rank: C
Dispels a Visual or Audio Genjutsu of rank A or less and Sensation Genjutsu of rank B. This jutsu will use as much chakra as the chakra required for the Genjutsu on which the ninja is traped, plus 2.
Tadai Nentou
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub-Type: Basic
Rank: B
Dispels a rank S Genjutsu. This causes harm to the body due to the chakra system this jutsu uses, which makes the user unable to perform jutsu on the next post. This jutsu will use as much chakra as the chakra required for the Genjutsu on which the ninja is traped, plus 6.
Shunshin no Jutsu

Type: Ninjutsu
This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes.
This jutsu can only be used by Chuunin rank ninjas and above.
Effects with Agility and Speed Skill: LvL 1: May be used to move once in two posts, without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. Lvl 2: May be used to escape once a post without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. Lvl 3: May be used to move as often as the user wants with chance of attacking once. Master LvL: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.

- Shousen no Jutsu

This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective.
Dokunuku no Jutsu

This ornate jutsu uses chakra to literally pull foreign materials from someone's body, no doubt requiring precise control on the user's part to avoid causing further internal injuries to their patient.
Shikon no Jutsu

Using this jutsu, a person can temporarily reanimate a corpse, creating the illusion of a living person. This is achieved by causing the heart to beat once more, allowing the user to control the corpse. The reanimated corpse can serve as either a short-time ally or an effective decoy.
Ranshinshou

By converting a small amount of chakra into electricity and hitting an opponent's brain stem, the user can disrupt the regular flow of electrical signals from the target's brain to other parts of the target's body. For example, if the target tried to move their right arm, their left leg would move instead.
Souzou Saisei

By releasing chakra that has been stored up for a relatively long period of time in the seal, Shadow Seal: Release, one is able to heal all wounds almost instantaneously, regardless of the severity of the injuries. it can even regrow lost organs and limbs if necessary. Additionally, it continues to heal at an accelerated rate for the duration of the jutsu.
Puppeteer Jutsus

This jutsu uses strings of chakra from the user's fingers to control puppets like marionettes. Those who can effectively use this ability are rare, but once mastered the user can hide in a safe location while his puppet does the work for him. Since puppets are usually equipped with an array of often-fatal instruments, fighting a puppet is much more dangerous than fighting a human.
This skill is often prepared in coordination with the Body Replacement Technique so the user can quickly switch places with their puppet when necessary. Another useful quality of this skill is the fact that the puppet can take the form of another person, usually its user, allowing the user to trick their enemy into thinking they're fighting a living person.
Any number of chakra strings can be used to control a puppet, but users with more skill using the technique can use fewer strings per puppet.
Apart from being used to control marionettes, the chakra strings can be attached to other objects, allowing the user to control, or at the very least disrupt, other things.
Hyakki no Souen

This jutsu allows the user to summon one hudred armed human-like puppets from a scroll (or any object on which the puppets are sealed) and controll them all at the same time. Due to the number of the puppets each puppet will be bellow average on fighting methods, however theire number can be something hard to surpass by the oponent.
Hitokugutsu
Type: Ninpo
Sub-Type: Puppeteer

This jutsu allows the puppeteer to turn a living human into a puppet. First, the entrails are removed. Then, once the skin has been peeled off, the user cleanses them and draws out all of the blood. Once the bodies are preserved so they do not decompose, various gadgets are then installed inside of them. Because the puppet was once human, it can still use chakra. The puppet will maintain the same amount of chakra as its held when it was alive. If the original ninja had any kekkei genkai or other blood-based traits, like the Third Kazekage's Iron Sand, the puppet can retain those abilities as well.
For one to create a human puppet, one must make a request in the Request Forum. One can also use a fight on which the enemy's char dies (still have to request it).
Sealing Jutsus

- Goukin Kai - Seal Release

This is the jutsu which allows the user to remove a Seal from a surface or person. It can remove any level, but the user must be within 5 ft to release it, and cannot work against Curse, Bijuu, or forbidden Seals. It also cannot be released if the sealer has a 2 Level higher Seal Knowledge then the user, or if the Seal requires a certain unsealing method. Requires Seal Knowledge Lv.1
Fuuka Houin - Fire Sealing Method

Fuuka Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique that allows the ninja to seal away a nearby fire. After unrolling a scroll to hold the fire, the ninja writes the needed sealing incantation onto the scroll. Then by forming the needed handseals, a vapor will emanate from the scroll to encompass the fire and take it back to the scroll for sealing. This fire can then be released again by unsealing it and directing it at an enemy. Requires Seal Knowledge Lv.2
Shikoku Mujin - Four Dark Mist Array

Shikoku Mujin is a technique that places a seal upon a container(such as sosuke's coffin) and causes the user inside to remain alive, even if the user is dying from a deadly poison. This can be used to prolong a person's life and possibly save them. It can also be used for other purposes. Requires Seal Knowledge Lv.2
Fuukoku Houin - Dark Sealing Method

The Fuukoku Houin is a technique that is used on a container. It causes a thin barrier of chakra to shield it, allowing the user to carry it, but protecting it from damage or opening. This can be used to protect goods, or combined with the Shikoku Mujin technique. Requires Seal Knowledge Lv.2
Fuuja Houin - Evil Sealing Method

Sub Type: Seal

Fuuja Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used to counter-act the effects of a cursed seal. The ninja writes the needed seal characters on the ground and body of the person cursed with the seal. The ninja then forms the needed hand seals and places his hand over the cursed seal and then activates the written seal. The seal characters will then retreat to surround the cursed seal in a circular seal. Though the Fuuja Houin can work well against lesser seals, it will not be able to fully stop a cursed seal placed by a powerful, skilled ninja. The seal is dependant on the users will to resist the Curse Seal, and thus, is uneffective if the user wishes the Seal to activate. Requires Seal Knowledge Lv.2
Juin Jutsu - Cursed Seal Technique

This technique is used by certain Ninjas to place special seals which grant ninjas power, usually at a price. Curse Seals are utilized at a last desperate and resort, and usually have 2 Levels. The Seal is placed upon the user's body(Neck is the most common) and when activated, it change the marking in someway, markings appearing over the body is usually common. The seal can become addictive, and is both chakra consumer and dangerous to use. The seal can be activated manually, if the user has enough control, or can be activated unwillingly during a life threatening situation. Many Seals have also been altered to cause the host to become loyal to the sealer in some way or fashion, and can have other functions as well. The user can have up to 1-3 placed Curse Seals at once, depending on the sealer's Seal Knowledge Level, and will continue to function even if the sealer is dead. Requires Seal Knowledge Lv.3
Gogyou Fuuin - Five Elements Seal

Gogyou Fuuin is a Fuuinjutsu technique. The ninja forms an elemental seal on each of his fingers, one for each of the following five "elements": water, metal, earth, fire and wood. The Ninja useds this odd numbered seal to disrupt the ability to utilize their chakra, making jutsus more difficult to form and chakra harder to gather. This limits a user's jutsu usage. Users must gather chakra a round before performing Jutsus, except for taijutsus.(Not including gates and similar techniques.) Requires Seal Knowledge Lv.3
Gogyou Kaiin - Five Elements Unseal

Sub Type: Seal
Rank: A
Gogyou Kaiin is a Fuuinjutsu technique. The user forms an elemental unseal on each of his fingers, one for each of the follwoing five "elements": water, metal, earth, fire and wood. They then applies his hand with force to the Gogyou Fuuin to remove it. This is the only way of removing the Gogyou Fuuin, and makes it useful. It also is uneffected by it, and can be used without gathering chakra. Requires Seal Knowledge Lv.3

Shiki Fuujin - Corpse Spirit Sealing Method
Type: Ninpo

Shiki Fuujin is a Fuuinjutsu technique developed by a Hokage. A variation of this technique can be used to seal souls within another body. After calling forth the Shinigami (Death God) with the proper handseals, the user will hand over their soul in exchange for the Death God removing the soul from his target. The ultimate sacrificial jutsu, this technique can be used by a Kage Bunshin, but the Death God will still remove the original caster's soul. With the jutsu activated, a spectral form of the caster will appear in front of the Death God. The Death God will push his arm through this spectral body, and the arm will extend from the chest of the real caster. This forces the caster to be close or grasping his target. The arm will reach out into the body of the target, and draw their soul from their body. If the Death God is unable to remove the whole soul because of the near death of the caster, it can remove it's knife and merely slice off a portion of the spectral form's soul to consume. This will render the targets corresponding body part dead and useless. The soul portion removed will then be sealed within the chest of the caster. Both the soul of the target and the caster will never pass into the afterlife. They will be condemned to suffer in the Death God's stomach for all eternity, locked in a hated combat, never to escape. Requires Master Level Seal Knowledge.
Bijuurenjou- Tailed Beast Attachment

This Fuuinjutsu technique can attach the Bijuus(Tailed Beasts) to a jinchuurikis body. To attach the demon, the technique must bring the two beings into synch, both bijuu and human. As a consequence of the attachment, the user must willing sacrifice another ninjas life.(Must use a User, no NPCs). The term attachment of demons to an individual by sacrificing another has been called a "Jinchuuriki," literally "the power of human sacrifice." Such a technique will grant the human portions of the demons power. The kage who ordered it hoped this would create an ultimate ninja, who would have near unlimited chakra from the demon. Unlike the Shiki Fujin, this technique was specifically made for Jinchuuriki creation. Requires Master Level Seal Knowledge.

Ushiro Shishou

Sub Type: Assassin
Effect: Using some sort of stealth, the user get's behing their enemy, stabbing them for a surprise attack.
Bakushin
Rank: C
Type: Taijutsu
Sub Type: Assassin
Effect: The user focuses chakra into their legs and makes a dash, but keeps conciousness about what they hit on the ground, so that they can keep themselves quiet. Used to quickly run behind an opponent and assasinate them.
Kageyuugou
Rank: C
Type: Genjutsu
Sub Type: Assassin
Effect: The ninja blends into the shadows becoming nearly invisible and giving certainty of a first strike. This jutsu cannot be used in a lightten place.
Suterusu
Rank: B
Type: Genjutsu
Sub Type: Assassin
Effect: The user blends into the shadows, moving slower, yet becoming near impossible to see, even in daylight, they are hard to spot.
Musei Satsugai no Jutsu
Rank: A
Type: Taijutsu
Sub Type: Assassin
Effect: The user hides behind the enemy, gets up close and assasinates them quickly, hitting one of their vital points with a kunai or some other weapon
Kassou
Rank: A
Type: Ninpo
Sub Type: Assassin
Effect: focusing the users chakra into their legs, they take a large, powerful step, and then begin to glide over the air in long strides, making very, very light contact with the ground they are near impossible to hear as they make their way to their opponent.
