Tsukuyomi

The tsukuyomi clan started over 500 years ago with a small village (who were skilled with ice and tiajtsu) from kiri that migrated to suna.The small village had to migrate from suna because of their absolute allegiance to the moon good instead of the god every other person in kiri believed in, so now the people worshiped the moon god and sacrifised to the moon god to keep their village safe.
Then one dark day their village was attacked by rouge ninja from kiri sent by a kiri village head to stop their abomination of a belief the ninja killed their live stock and there houses were burned. The moon god was displeased with what he saw happening with his believers. He gave his believers the ability’s of his greatest of creature of the night the “wolf”. Then given their new ability’s they triumphed over the rouge ninja.{A typical decendent of the tsukuyomi clan has either black or white hair, the eyes are usually yellow or red the decendents have a good musculer look toi their body ,ninja can be identified by the half crested moon on either their palm or their face

Name: kekki genkai –Eye rage(lv1)Body mutation
Effects: the user eyes turn a whitish yellow color then able to see in far distances and in great detail, able to slow down taijutsu moves in mind to react better.They also are able to see in the dark with like night vision able to read heat signitures
Medium enrage (lv2)
Effects: The body's muscles increase 2 xs and then the nails of the user become hard as metal and grow 2 inches. The sense of smell increases to that of a wolf and so does the hearing
Animal instinct(lv3)
Effects: The users speed increases 3x then actually becomes looking like a wolf the ears begging to come to a point and the users get either black of white fur the users chakra doubles for half the battle (when animal instinct is activated )

The user (in level two of kekki genkai) forms its body in ice armor with the ice being as hard as reinforced steel the user slashes the opponent at an high-speed so that it looks like the opponent is being attacked by multiple users.

The user performs hand signs then creates ice wolves to attack the opponent to inflict severe damage and to leave the opponent with multiple wounds leading to blood lose and death

The user performs the required handseals and it creates an Ice Dragon. When its teeth hits the enemy it will make their body temperature go to zero, giving them frostbite. (Possible Kill)

The user creates chakra in their hands, then in the shape of a wolves head, made of ice, and releases it at the opponent by either throwing it or keeping it in their hand (like Rasegan).

The user does a double hand spring kick into mid-air, then lifts the enemy in the air, the user wraps the opponent in steel wire tight enough so they can't move, then they incase them them in ice from their neck to their toes, and then does a spinning tomb stone and smashes the opponent's head into the ground.
